I am looking for a new flatmate for a double en-suite room in Morningside. The flat includes a kitchen, living room, and plenty of storage.
The flat is very quiet, clean, and comfortable with respectful neighbours.
It is located at the end of a quiet street with very little traffic. and close to transport links, good shopping, some lovely cafes, restaurants, beautiful parks, and green spaces.
Rent is £450.0 and bills add up to around £80 per month (wifi and gas/ electricity)
Council Tax band E, which is currently £97 per month, but may go up slightly in the upcoming CT year.
I am a quiet, friendly, 48-year-old professional who enjoys socializing with friends but equally likes my own space. As a flatmate, I am quiet, clean, tidy, and looking for someone similar. Vegetarians preferred, but not required.
At this time, I am looking for someone who is NOT a student or working from home.
The successful candidate will need to apply through the agency and pass credit/background checks.
