Morningside Flat

Hey there,

I am looking for two flatmates to move in with me at the end of September (26th). The flat is in Morningside, a nice part of the city and is full of nice places for brunch, charity shops and bars. I would say it is about a 25 minute walk to Princes Street and there are plenty of buses which go in the same direction.

I am 26 years old and I am about to start a new course at University, so I am preferably looking for students to move in (just for council tax reasons) but if not then it’s okay☺️

The flat is made up of three bedrooms (all double rooms), a bright and open living room with a tv and chairs, a big kitchen with a pantry and a bathroom. The flat is on the second floor in a well maintained stair and on a quiet road off of the main street through Morningside.

I work part time at Montpeliers in Bruntsfield and will definitely suggest going for brunch or cocktails every so often to take advantage of my discount😂
