My flatmate is moving out at the end of January and so his room will be available from February onwards. I've lived here for the past 2 years and couldn't recommend the flat more.
The room is a big double bed with plenty of space for a desk and additional storage if needed. The flat has a big shared living room and kitchen with all the required amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.)
I work a couple days a week from home but mainly in the office. I enjoy golf, football, hill walking and hanging out with my flatmate. Ideally I'd be looking for another young professional but as long as your tidy and respectful we'll get on fine!
The Council Tax is band D and bills come to around £140 pm each.
