The flat is located on the 3rd floor and is a 5 minute walk from Merchiston campus (Napier) and has good bus links to Princes Street and all universities in Edinburgh. The lease is from now until September but can be renewed for another year. Rent is £400 a month, wifi is £9.50 and heating and electricity is £10/£15 a month.
