Single bedroom to rent in Morningside

We are three female professionals looking for a friendly, open-minded, clean and tidy 4th person to take a single room in our four-bed Morningside flat. We enjoy socialising and having a drink together, but also respect each other`s work schedules and need for quiet time. This is not a party flat, and we are ideally looking for a professional with previous experience of flat sharing.

The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, lounge, a big kitchen/dining room, bathroom, and is fully equipped (entry-phone system, gas central heating, broadband etc) and there is plenty of storage space in the communal areas. There is also a shared garden and secure bike facilities.

The flat is in a great location with loads of local facilities and bus links nearby, as well as being close to the city centre (about a 20 minute walk to the meadows).

The rent for the room is £415 per month including council tax and there is a deposit of one month's rent to be paid in advance. Utility bills are paid separately.
