Double, en suite bedroom

We are a family with three boys looking to let out a double, en suite bedroom. We are very friendly and open, and are used to welcoming people from all over the world. You would also have you own space and could have as much privacy as you wanted.

There is a double bed, chest of drawers, desk with chair, and large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The en suite has a toilet, sink, and shower.

The house is a three story townhouse. We have a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a dining room and living room that would be shared with the family.

We are also nicely situated next to the river in Musselburgh with lovely walks to the coast, and easy access to lovely villages and beaches in East Lothian.

We are two minutes walk from the the main bus stops. There are lots of buses direct to Edinburgh city centre: 26, 44, 113, 124, X24, and X26.

We are very near to Queen Margaret University.
