I'm Riona, I'm looking for a flatmate to move in on the 5 january 2020. I'm a recent Masters graduate currently working as a support worker. I'm into anime (anyone going to Glasgow comic-con in September?). I'm learning how to sing classically and play the piano.
I'm looking for a quiet, easy going flatmate, no pushover's though- I don't want to end up in a huge argument 6 months later because they were too shy to tell me at the time. I prefer to be told wrong there and then. I'm dead set against drugs and don't want to have any association with anything like that, but if you smoke ok, but you will have to smoke outside because I'm severely allergic to tobacco.
I work quite erratic shifts as a support worker and have a partner so you might not see very much of me depending. So you'll have the flat to yourself a lot.
It's a nice flat main door ground floor with gas central heating and double glazing. Bills and rent come to 450 each not including council tax which is band C. If you are a student, however, I will expect you to pay 50% of the council tax because it isn't fair to leave someone with 75% of a bill that would otherwise be halved.
