This bright double room is in a lovely two-bedroom house, just a short walk from Queen Margaret University in Musselburgh. The room is at the front of the house, and the area is quiet and incredibly convenient—with a bus stop for the no. 30 right around the corner, the train station only 5 minutes away, and a handy Co-op store nearby for all your essentials.

You’ll be sharing the house with a great flatmate who’s super chill and works long hours in hospitality so you’ll often have the place to yourself. There’s a shared bathroom, a cozy living room with a TV, and a nice back garden with a shed if you need to store a bike. There’s also a private driveway out front if you drive.

I’m moving out to be closer to my work, but I’ve loved living here and want to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. I’m using some old estate agent photos for now, but I’ll be taking new ones this weekend to show the place off better! It’s been a fantastic place to live, and the current tenant is really easy to get along with.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, the house is council tax band D. The letting agency will do a full reference check, and you might need to provide ID, recent payslips, and other documents.
