I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my centrally located flat in Musselburgh. The flat is top floor and is conveniently located right beside the 26 and 44 bus routes taking you right into central Edinburgh. For more transport options, Musselburgh high street is less than a five minute walk. For groceries, Musselburgh is home to a Tesco Superstore, Lidl and Aldi, and for leisure there is a sports complex very nearby, as well as Pinkie Park and beautiful countryside right on your doorstep. There is on street parking available at the flat.

Your Room
Your room comprises of a single bed, a large mirrored wardrobe and an open shelving unit. Should you wish, there is also space for a desk or chest of drawers. The room also has a cable for television access. With views onto the park, the room is quiet and peaceful. (Disclosure - there is a fire station in the vicinity, but there is minimal disturbance).

With regard to communal living space:

There is a good sized kitchen which includes a table and chairs, a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and gas cooker, as well as plentiful storage for your groceries. The bathroom comprises of a three piece suite (electric shower) and there is cupboard space for your toiletries too. Completing the flat is a large lounge, which you are very welcome to use.

The flat benefits from WIFI, gas central heating and access to a slabbed patio area in the garden to enjoy the sunshine.
