I am offering this spacious single room again in my furnished two bedroom flat  right in the center of this beautiful friendly village in Ratho just opposite the main pub BRIDGEINN with breath-taking views of the canal nearby. My lovely flatmate has decided to move for his work :(.

BT WiFi 30 to 40 mpbs.
Parking is available for residents.
Toiletries like toilet paper etc , kitchen/ house cleaning products provided.
55" inch TV with Nettflix, Amazon and VPN streaming channels.

Busstop  can be seen from the window that goes directly into town.
25 mins by bus/cycle ride to Edinburgh park , hermiston gate with Aldi .There is village grocery/ convenience store/ post office 5 mins away .
45 mins by bus and tram/ 20 mins by car to old town.
The pub opposite has live music some saturdays.
I can promise you this is a place for you to express your individuality, be yourself freely, take in the countryside views with the sound of birds and enjoy your freedom to do whatever you wish without any rules in return for the same.

About me: I am an honest, open minded professional who works from home three days a week and got this place to enjoy my freedom with my two pedigree cats. My flat agent and myself have a very good understanding and bond and he is always there for us in need of any changes. I have lovely neighbours who are professionals.

Your Room has a low double bed with mattress and all linen provided.

I cannot live without music being played during the day in the house , Indoors occasionally will be hosting friends / family on some weekends. I like to go out either clubbing, pubbing once a month, hiking or travel to Glasgow other weekends.
About you : I am preferably looking for someone who is not OCD about being clean as I am happy to do your dishes left in the sink without complaints and someone who I can work with together. Live and let live is my policy !

My preference would be males for a change as I have shared all my life before  with dominating females but again not necessarily a must!
Sometimes I might have my family , friends over some weekends visit me or stay and you are more than welcome to bring yours.
