The neighbourhood is quiet, and the flat is fully furnished with shared bathroom and toilet, open plan kitchen/living room and access to a communal garden.

Utilities included: oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and lots of storage space.

The bedroom is very spacious and is fully furnished with shelvings, wardrobe, a large sofa and study table.

The other tenants are two nice and friendly female students at the University of Edinburgh. Looking for a clean and tidy female (full-time student only due to council tax reasons).
