Student Bedroom Available for 2019/20

Hi all,

I have 1 bedroom that will be available come September 1st, 2019 due to my current flatmates moving on into the real world ):

The rooms are fairly large and come at £400 pcm with no deposit required! The lease will last until mid July 2020. The flat comes with two bathrooms; a living room; kitchen; and of course 4 bedrooms. Gas and electricity are paid via a meter at around £20 each every 3ish months. Internet is currently £6.75 per person.

The flat is situated in Newington; just off of Nicholson St so is pretty much equidistant from King’s Buildings to the centre of town making it ideal for Edinburgh uni students.

I’m currently a 22 year old, 4th year Structural and Fire Engineering Student so will be going into my last year. I’m a big coffee lover who enjoys the gym and a night out but since I’ll be hitting my last year I’ll probably be knuckling down more than usual (note the use of the word ‘probably’).
