It comes fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and nightstand. The entire room is carpeted and has recently been freshly repainted.

The flat is located on the first floor of the building. We are in central Edinburgh, seconds to shops such as Co-op and Tesco, as well as only a 5 minute walk to the Meadows and a 10 minute walk to the George Square campus. Moreover, there are bus links close by that take you all over the city.

There are two other flatmates, and we share a large kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have all the necessities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and a dryer. We are both full time students, studying Architecture and Biochemistry, and are very friendly and welcoming!
