I am subletting my flat for a few months while I sit out the pandemic in Germany. Ideally, I would rent out the whole flat to two friends or a couple, but I am also considering subletting the two bedrooms individually.
The flat is furnished and in a superb location for UoE students in Newington. Both rooms come with double beds, closet etc. We also have fast wifi, and double-glassed windows. Additionally, the flat contains a lot of plants at the moment to give it a great atmosphere.
I have set a preliminary end date of the subletting period to the end of February, but depending on how the pandemic turns out, this could be potentially extended. One room is a bit larger, and if rented out individually would cost a bit more than the other (535GBP and 435GBP resp.)
