Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in the flat share.
The flat has 5 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a very spacious living room. The flatmates are all students. All are very considerate, clean and respectful. My room is south-facing and very sunny.
In a great location - only a minute walk to George Square and 20-25 minute walk to Princes Street.
Bills and WiFi are not included but are approximately £25-30 per month (£6 for WiFi, the remainder for gas and electricity).
Professionals are welcome, however you would be responsible for paying council tax alone!
