Myself and my flatmate James are looking for a third person to join us in our very central flat on South Oxford Street in the Newington area! The room is spacious and facing the street. All main furniture shown in the pictures is included.
Rent is £400 not including bills (roughly £30/month) and the deposit would also be £400. Since we're both students, we are exempt from council tax. While we welcome non-students too, they would be solely responsible for tax.
Move-in date is 15th Nov!
The flat is in an ideal location - a 2min walk from the meadows, and only about 10min walk from central UoE campus, Pleasance, and all the main supermarkets on Nicholson St!
As for us, we are 4th year (24) and postgrad (23 y/o) students looking for someone quite similar to us. Particularly looking for a clean flatmate! While we do have to study, we're also a pretty social flat and always up for a laugh.
