The room itself is large and has a lot of floor space and large storage space also. There are views of Arthurs seat from the bedroom window also which is a bonus on a sunny day! The rest of the flat is modern and spacious- lovely kitchen which is big enough for lots of cooking. The living /dining room is also such a good size for socialising and chilling out. Especially throughout lockdown, lots of room for workouts or if you want a change of scenery from your desk WFH.. There is also a shower Room and a toilet. Both have sinks and storage space for toiletries etc.

The Room itself is £425 (Not including Bills)
Bills = £120 (Council tax, Wifi, Electricity&Gas)

You'll also be living with myself, I am a 25 year old young professional who is seeking someone who likes to socialise and hang out after a long day at work but also respects down time, I enjoy a good glass of wine, cooking, Yoga, Running and watching movies.
