Double room with en-suite available from 21st July! Large sized room with own en-suite (amazing water pressure!) in the heart of Newington. The flat has a lovely shared living/dining area and a nice kitchen where we love to make food and catchup! Location is very central situated just between Arthur's seat and the meadows (5 min walks to both) and Sainsbury's, Tesco and Lidl just a few mins away and it's only 10/15 min walk to Princes street! Bus station is a 3 min walk from the flat.

You would be living with 2 female professionals. We're looking for a professional male or female for council tax purposes. Bills are at most £119 each month.

I’m Nicola(26) current flatmate, along with Suzanne(22). I’m a little Charge Nurse and Suzanne is a media graduate working part time in shop nearby! It's a nice chill flat - we're chatty and friendly and both like to go out for meals/drinks and walks or catching up/watching film in living room with glass of wine! We also enjoy our own space after long shifts :)
