Fully furnished bedroom available from end of May/ beginning of June 2022 at The Old Printworks, Unite Students accommodation, with the possibility of extending the lease by booking the room for sequential years through Unite Students.

The room is located in a 3rd floor flat, not overlooking the road so is quiet and also very well-insulated (a rarity in Edinburgh!). It is a bright, en-suite room with a 3/4 bed, desk, a very good-sized wardrobe and a large amount of storage (shelves, drawers and under the bed). The en-suite bathroom itself also has cabinets and shelves for storage and a wide and powerful shower. The contract I am currently on is valid until the 27th of August and the price is £186/week (£790.50 per month). But as mentioned, it is available to re-new for further stay. No deposit is necessary towards Unite Students.

The flat is compromised of a large, shared kitchen and living area with TV. Flatmates are all very respectful and friendly. The accommodation is just a 10-minute walk from the main University of Edinburgh campus and only a few minutes walk to supermarkets and shops, as well as being moments from the historic Old Town. It is also extremely well connected with plenty of bus stops 2 min walk away. The accommodation has a bright and spacious study room, a common room with TV, games and books, and even a free on-site gym! There is also sheltered bike storage and laundry facility. The price includes all utilities and there is security/maintenance support available 24/7.
