This flat is located in Edinburgh City Centre, EH8 near the Pleasance. It is in an ideal location for the City Centre, being 10 minutes walking distance tocWaverley Train Station and 3 minutes walking to Edinburgh University George Square Campus. There are lots of restaurants, shops and bus routes nearby that can take you to many places around Edinburgh.

There are two double bedrooms complete have wardrobes, drawers, clothes rails, desk, and chair, small couch and bed sheets.

WiFi and energy bills are included. I just ask that you help me to reduce the energy cost as much as possible :)

The heating is by gas combi boiler. The shower is powered by the gas supply meaning it is powerful.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, and we also provide some cutlery, kettle, toaster, and some cooking utensils.
