Hiya, I’m moving out at the end of November and am looking for someone friendly, clean, and considerate to replace me. This is a 4-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, living room, and large kitchen. We also have access to a shared garden, for those rare sunny days. As for amenities, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer (!!).
The room is very large with a double bed, plus all the typical furniture like a wardrobe, mirror, two chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The location of the flat is ideal, with bus stops right outside, Arthur’s Seat down the road, and many pubs, charity shops, restaurants/cafes, and supermarkets just steps away. The George square campus is about a 15 minute walk away, and the kings buildings are closer to 30 minutes away — but copious bus options are close.
Rent is 640 per month, and energy + wifi comes to about 30-50 each month, depending on the season. We are open to postgrad students, but we are looking for someone who will contribute to council tax, which is about another 50 per month.
Finally, please note that we’ve raised the issue of the water staining on the kitchen wall, and they’re currently investigating the source of the issue. We expect it to be resolved soon.
