Cozy room in a 5bed student flat in Newington

Hello, I’m moving out of my current flat in Newington and we are looking for a replacement tenant to move in from the 2nd-8th of January.

About the flat:
A 5bed shared flat located on South Clerk Street EH8 9PP in Newington, 1st floor, convenient location with great bus links and plenty of shops and cafes near by. It’s a 10mins walk from the meadows and the UoE main library. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in three separate bathrooms in the flat. The flat has tall ceilings and the sharing spaces are spacious with a big entrance corridor, a large living room, and a large kitchen with much cupboard space and two fridges. There’s also a shared garden for the building and is what the room window is facing. Please see the video for the room and shared spaces. Furnitures that are in the video are what came with the flat, additional things in the room on the picture are mine.

The room cost 690pcm, bills excluded (around 30 pounds per person per month + 6 monthly for WiFi). This is a student flat, so ideally we are looking for another student to replace me for council tax reasons. Ideally someone who’s aiming to stay until the end of this academic year. We are open to consider professionals, but you’d have to be responsible for the entire flats council tax.

Current flatmates are three PGT students and one 1st year PhD. A chill and friendly group! 🙂
