We have a shared flat by the Meadows in central Edinburgh and one of the rooms is available to rent. It is a ground floor flat with it's own front door. The flat was completely modernised 5 years ago and benefits from wooden floors throughout as well as new kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is at the rear of the property and although it has no en-suite it does have its own bathroom with modern bath and shower. It is a quiet room which overlooks the communal garden at the back of the property. It has a double bed, desk/chair and wardrobe. There is one other tenant, and we also keep a room which we use ourselves, although we do not live there.

There is no communal lounge but it has a lovely bright, modern breakfasting kitchen. The kitchen has all mod cons, fridge, microwave, Oven and grill, dishwasher and washing machine. It is located at the rear of the flat and has french doors which open out to a little patio and the communal garden which has a lawned area.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from The Royal Mile so very conveniently located.

The price includes council tax, electricity and gas (heating, set hrs), fibre optic broadband with a 65mbps approx.

We require one month's rent as a deposit plus your first month's rent in advance.
