Hi, we are looking for a 4th flatmate to move into our 4 bedroom 3rd floor share house from 10 August 2018 for £481 PCM (not including council tax or bills). The available room is very large and is furnished with a double bed, a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk chair and shelves. The flat has two bathrooms, a storage room, a box room and a large kitchen. We are located in Newington, just around the corner from the meadows, a short walk to both George Square and Holyrood Park, with good bus connections throughout Edinburgh and surrounding regions.

You’ll be sharing with two professionals (mid to late 20s, male), and one 3rd year PhD student (27, female).

Ideally we are looking for another young professional to help share the council tax, but will also consider a later year student. You will need to be able to sign a contract which runs until 9 June 2019 (where a new 12 months contract can be started if desired) + small deposit with the agency.
