Sub-Let (Dec 13 to Feb 17) // Possible permanent arty single bed room available in the Porty Dream. £400pm Inclusive.

Ever fancied living by the sea, but only a stones throw away from the center of town in Portobello? Well now is your chance. I am looking to sub-let my cozy, arty single bedroom over Christmas (Dec 13 to Feb 17), however I’m also open to permeant enquiries (so if you’re after a full time room, please don’t hesitate to contact me)

The Room

It’s the cosiest of rooms, with single mezzanine bed (you do have to climb a ladder). It has the best, built in floor to ceiling bookshelf (which really sold it to me). A big chest of draws, clothes rail etc.

The Flat

It’s a roomy flat, with a great kitchen (gas stove, loads of kitchen equipment if your into cooking). A bathroom with a bath (woo)/ shower and a big, chill out living room with open fire (it’s a very warm flat, great for winter).

The flat is a stones throw away from the beach for all your cold water swimming. It’s close to a Aldi / Coop / mini Sainsburys. There are loads of pubs and just general good vibes in the neighbourhood.

Regular buses into town leave from the bottom of the road. Good, free on-street parking.

The Flatmates

There are three other lovely, groovy flatmates who you will be living with (ages between 23 – 31, two boys, one girl). Also a lovely cat and occasional the dog.
It’s a pretty social flat, but we also very much like our own time.
