Double bedroom available in a lovely 2 bed apartment, literally a stone’s throw from Portobello beach.
Gas, electricity and WiFi are included in the price. A washing machine, dish washer, oven, and a microwave are available.
This cosy ground-floor apartment is a five-minute walk to many of Portobello’s great cafes, restaurants and the Edinburgh Leisure fitness/swimming centre which offers lots of daily gym/fitness classes. At the top of the road is the bus stop to take you into Edinburgh city centre, which is a 30-minute bus drive away (also during the night). There is also a train station (Brunstane) a 15 min walk away that takes you to Waverley station in 10 mins.
You’d share the flat with me, a young professional from Switzerland, who has been living in the UK since 2016. I'm friendly, positive, open-minded, tidy and respectful. I love being outdoors and going on adventures; hiking, climbing and photography are my passions. And of course, food! Going out for dinner, cooking together or sharing a pizza on the beach are amongst my favourite things to do.

I'm looking for a sociable, easy-going and tidy flatmate with whom I can spend some time and become friends. I’ll be working from home during the day but I would love to hang out during the evenings or just have a chat over a glass of wine or cup of tea.
