The room to rent is a large double, with a large private bathroom just across the hall (not ensuite, but almost!).

There is also a large kitchen with all the usual kit (including a dishwasher) which leads onto a conservatory (with a comfy sofa in) which in turn leads onto a roof terrace (with a view to the sea!). Large shared living room too.

All bills are included. I don't have a TV, but do have a TV license, so it's fine to watch TV on the internet (I would also have no objections to you bringing your own TV, if you liked!)

From the flat it's a 2 minute walk to the beach, extra 2 mins to get to the swimming pool and Turkish baths. There is a bus stop close by and it takes around 25 mins to get into the city centre, or about 15 mins if you get a limited stop bus. The flat is on the high street, so there is the traffic noise that comes with that. But the road does quieten down in the evenings and I've never had issues sleeping due to the noise. Lots of shops, restaurants etc close by. If you have a car you can park on the surrounding streets without needing a permit.

I'm looking for a single, professional female to share my flat with. I'm your usual sometimes I'm sociable/sometimes I like time to myself kind of person! I'd probably prefer a lodger that was on the quieter end of the scale, rather than a party animal type.
