I am looking for a really nice local student to lodge with myself and my one year old son. We are quite quiet and very well-behaved! We don't have any pets but we do have a huge garden full of wildlife.
The room is fully furnished and has a bathroom next door to it. We have two bath/shower rooms in the cottage so it is mainly for your use.
The living room is comfortable, with a nice log-burner for the winter. The kitchen is well-equipped with washing-machine, dish-washer, tumble drier and stand-mixer (I like cooking, a lot!) as well as all the usual necessary items.
Short-term lets are welcome - price for short-term is £250.00 per week.
