We have a room available in a large top-floor apartment situated on the main street of the popular neighbourhood of Stockbridge from the 24 October 2022. Sharing with two professionals and a doctoral student, meaning that we are looking for another professional or postgraduate student.

The room has hardwood flooring, a double bed, a wardrobe, some small drawers, a bookcase, a large mirror, and a bedside unit with a lamp. The larger chest of drawers shown in the image will not be included. Rent comes in at £402.50 per month, not including bills. Council tax is approximately £70 paid monthly. Taken together, you'd be hard pressed to find a more reasonably priced room in the area!

Altogether, the fully-furnished flat consists of a living room with a television, dining table and two sofas; a sunny balcony with views over Edinburgh and Stockbridge; four bedrooms (one en suite); a fully-stocked kitchen with two fridges and a bathroom shared with two others. It has central heating and a phone entry system. Rent also includes private access to a small garden just off the picturesque Circus Lane. The flat has a parking permit available and ready for use for anybody who has a car.

We are situated right in the heart of Stockbridge with excellent local facilities a stones throw away including a wealth of pubs and restaurants, Stockbridge market, Inverleith Park, the Water of Leith and for your shopping a nearby Tesco and Sainsbury's. The flat is a 10 minute walk from the city centre.
