Doble room in Bonnington

Hi there;
This is Inez and Fran. We are two young friends looking for a third person to share our spacious duplex.
The flat is divided in two floors. Downstairs we have all the common areas - a very spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen and a very decent bathroom with bathtub. All the three bedrooms are upstairs which is handy if somebody wants to stay up in the living room until late as no noises from downstairs are heard in the upper floor.
The house is in general very well equipped - 40"TV, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, oven... and is furnished with IKEA furniture which is all in good condition.
Inez and myself are quite laid back, we have been friends for some time now and do quite a lot of things together as well as respect each other's space. We both are professionals and like the outdoors and practising sports. We do put an emphasis on cleaning as take this place as our home. Therefore, the profile we are looking for is someone who does the same and is willing to properly follow the house cleaning rotas. Also, we are looking for an English native speaker to force ourselves to speak good English at home.
Smoking is not allowed at home so the perfect flatmate would also be a non-smoker.
The room is equipped with a double bed, bed-side table and a built-in wardrobe.
The price is £330 + bills, which are £55 council tax + £60 rest of bills each roughly every month.
