Would suit someone in between properties, someone on a short term work contract or on an extended holiday. It is for someone who wants a straightforward deal, covering all costs and without the hassle of producing paperwork. Please note it is available for a single person only.

The room has a king bed under the eaves which is cosy and pretty. Owner (often working away) plus one other. Occasionally shared shower room with one other.
The house has 3 bedrooms (one en-suite/one full bathroom and one WC specific to bedroom 3) kitchen/living room. Bedroom upstairs and has beautiful views out over the Colonies gardens. We are set back from the hustle and bustle, just 4-5 minutes to walk into centre of Stockbridge and New Town. 20 minutes walk to Broughton St/York Place/City Centre or buses close by.

Professional/Students welcome.

The flat is quirky & funky with contemp art, high end finishes & unique bathrooms, recently renovated. There is a pretty, private, sunny garden.

All bills are included: Gas, Electricity, super fast broadband and Council tax. 2 months initial then rentable in monthly blocks thereafter. £300 deposit payable in advance of arrival to secure room, returned day of departure. 2 months rent payable up front on arrival and subsequent extra time, if required, payable per month in advance. Very honest and established landlord.

Stockbridge is a unique little community on the tourist trail by New Town. Set back from its bars, cafes, restaurants, galleries, parks, boutique shops, walks & cycle tracks, it is a perfect location both to live and to visit. We are a hop, step and jump away from Stockbridge's main street (about 4 mins walk) but set back in the Colonies where it is peaceful and quiet.
