We are looking for a friendly and fun young professional, preferably a girl, to live with us (also young professionals aged 25). We are in a well located Georgian flat 3 minutes from Stockbridge and 10 minutes to Princes Street.
The flat has great views to Stockbridge, access to a private garden, spacious bedrooms and a communal living areas and we both love living here!
The rent is £525 per month + bills (which come to around £139 per month, including council tax)
We are both hard working and like our own space during the week but like to have a movie night and some drinks as a flat during downtime.
