A large double en-suite bedroom is soon to be available in an amazing flat on the edge of Stockbridge and the New Town. My flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her partner and I am looking to replace her with someone equally lovely and great to live with..
I am a young professional who works Monday-Friday. I am creative, love reading, music and art, am an ex chef so love to cook! I’m looking to find someone who strikes a good balance between enjoying their own time/has their own social life and interests, whilst also keen to spend time together cooking dinner, curling up in front of the tv and going out for the occasional glass of wine/cocktail. I have a small dog who is very affectionate and well trained so animal lovers are a must! She goes to friends when I’m at work. Other than that I love to laugh and get stuck into good conversations! At the same time I enjoy chilling out and recharging the batteries.
The bedroom available is very big, furnished, including 2 wardrobes and a desk etc The bathroom is modern with a gorgeous walk-in shower and spotlighting.
There is a separate guest loo, storage and a courtyard out the back with bbq and twinkly lights. Large separate living room and large dining kitchen.
My house is very much my home and we have always worked well together to communicate, check in with and respect each other. Please note that whilst I enjoy the occasional night out/dinner party and having friends round, this is not a mad party flat so if you like getting drunk every weekend then this wouldn’t be the right fit I’m afraid!
We share in a regular cleaning rota so equally, messy bessies wouldn’t be happy here 😄
Approximately 1st September move in date for long term let. Council tax and tv license including in the monthly rent. Gas & electric paid monthly to Bulb and what with the energy crisis prices have risen and fluctuate so it’s difficult to give a set figure- I’ll go into more detail in person. Good wifi connection throughout and combi boiler.
