The Room: A bright spacious double room, small desk, incorporated closet and a mirror.
Shared Areas: Large kitchen with all the essentials, including a washing machine, a hall, a very spacious bright living room.

Bills:
Utilities: Approximately £50 per person( depending on the weather)
Internet: £17.50
Council tax: £131

Location:
The flat is located in the lovely Stockbridge area, close to shops, cafes and bus stops. It’s a 15-minutes walk to the city centre(Princess Street, Waverley station, and similarly to Tesco and Lidl groceries.
