It's very important that any potential flatmate takes an active role in maintaining the property i. e. to not just act like a guest and keep your own room tidy and that's it. We pay evenly for flat essentials (toilet paper, washing up liquid etc...). It would be nice to find someone who doesn't mind having a bit of chat in the evenings and not lock themselves away in their room. If you think that's you then we look forward to hearing from you...
