You will have your own fridge, freezer and cupboard for kitchen items and sole use of the bathroom with bath and shower.

I have 3 friendly elderly chocolate Labradors that spend 1/2 of the week in daycare so you will hardly see them, and an outdoor cat but anyone moving in needs to like animals.

There is a bus route 2 mins away, and town centre is a 15-20 min walk. College is approx 20-30 min walk, Dr grays hospital is also about a 10-15 min walk. The primary school and academy are 5-10 min walk. than a 10 min drive away
