There is a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area with all appliances including the dishwasher and washing machine fully integrated.
The rent includes gas central heating, electricity, council tax, tv licence and wifi internet so there's nothing extra to pay.
The flat is located in the heart of Elgin town centre in a very quiet spot giving easy walking to restaurants, pubs and shops as well as rail and bus stations. Gray's hospital is a short walk away.
I'd like considerate, easy going, clean and tidy tenants who are happy to do their bit. It may suit someone working on a contract, either short or long term as it's fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
