Room in a cosy central flat

Small double room for rent in a great location. Close to the Cathedral and only ten minutes walk to the town centre. Next to the river and cycle path.

Please note that the photograph in the gallery is not the room for rent (this is the smaller bedroom). The room I am advertising here is similar but bigger, with wooden flooring.

The room is small but contains a comfortable double bed, one side of a wardrobe (I am using half for storage) and a large bookshelf. The flat is very simple and a bit retro (kitchen from 1990). Combination microwave oven, fridge, freezer, bath with shower, gas central heating. Fast wifi/broadband.

The current household consists of me and my lovely flatmate. We are quiet and easy-going, and we like to explore the countryside and coast. I work from home at the moment and would prefer a female professional flatmate who works from home as this would suit our current arrangement. I would be open to short-term and long-term lets. Bills included. Non-smoking and there are no pets in the home.
