I am looking for a new housemate
It’s a lovely house in a nice part of Elgin. Would suit professional, sociable individual. You would have a double room with built in wardrobe and would have access to main bathroom solely (unless either of us have guests). There is a spare third bedroom. Downstairs rooms would be shared and include kichen, large lounge and separate dining room, and a W/c. There is off street parking, a garage and a nice garden too.
I am looking for someone in professional employment, who is neat and tidy. It would be great to have someone social too.
The new housemate would have to meet the letting agents requirements
