Homeshare with double bed and ensuite and lounge

This room is being advertised on behalf of a gentleman in his 80s. He is seeking someone to share his home at a low cost, in exchange for some light help in the home.
In return for low cost accommodation of £170 pcm, he would like approximately 10 hours of support each week. This will be help getting snacks for the Householder and when you are around just reminding the Householder to have some water. You will also need to be able to sleep in the home at least five nights per week. You don’t have to do anything at night, it’s just making sure that someone is around in case there is an emergency.

The gentleman has someone that helps with meals, a cleaner and a gardener so there are no household duties to complete tough a. Friendly shared meal occasionally would be welcome. There are no bills to contribute to. This is all

He is looking for a friendly face who is open to having general chats and is up for watching TV together.

The room is located in a separate wing of the house. It is modern and furnished with fitted wardrobes and double bed. You will also have access to your own bathroom and toilet as well as your own lounge.

He was a wonderful supportive family who are always helpful too supporting from a distance.

The ideal sharer would be FEMALE 21+ friendly, kind, compassionate and caring. There are good transport links and a wide range of locals shops all within walking distance.

As part of our Homesharing scheme, you will need to have/or apply for a recent DBS check and provide two references. You will also need to complete an application form which will be emailed to you.
