Room with private bathroom in a house (New Elgin)

I'm moving out really soon, so helping my landlord look for someone to move into the room.

It's a spacious ensuite bedroom with a double bed and has spacious closet - available on the 7th of December. (Shown in the video, so you can get a proper feel of how spacious it is). Bedroom has bedding and towel provided.

You will be sharing with another male housemate, who uses another bathroom in the hallway. The landlord also comes to stay in the house from time to time as well.

You have access to a kitchen that overlooks the garden, and has a dishwasher as well. There is also a laundry facility which has a washing machine, dryer, and a bathroom (for guests).

The is a garden at the back of the house, and usually someone comes in to help take care of it. There's also a TV that you can stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. on it, so that's a big plus!

There is private parking at the property too, and the neighborhood is a fairly quiet residential area.

All bills are included in the rent.

House is within walking distance of some corner shops, a few take away places, the Retail Park, Asda and Lidl.
If you like, it's also within walking distance to the train station and the Elgin Shopping Center. But if you wish to take the bus, it's about a 30 min bus ride.
