My current tenants work on the Diageo graduate program and are moving out due to their rotation. As a result, I have two double bedrooms available to rent.
The bigger room is £350 /pcm and the smaller room is £330 /pcm.
I work 8am – 5pm as a chemical in the whisky industry and have the weekends off. I like playing golf, mountain biking, playing guitar, watching sports, cooking, and generally trying to make the most of my free time.
Ideal candidate is someone who is easy to get along with, is a young professional, reasonably tidy and who likes to enjoy themselves.
The room is available 1st September but viewings are welcome now
