I am a first time buyer, this is my new home and I’d like to find someone cool to share it with.

About me: I’m a 9-5 worker in a professional job and like to go out on adventures with friends at weekends. I’ve lived abroad and with all sorts of people over the years and would consider myself easygoing.
I keep a clean and tidy house and would expect a house mate to do the same please!

Potential housemate: hopefully someone reliable with keeping to their share of the deal, rent paid on time, fair contribution to keeping the place clean and tidy. Non smoker preferred.

The room has a very comfy sofa bed at the moment but would be open to conversation about upgrading this to permanent bed.

I’m a qualified letting agent so everything will be done by the book, you will need to sign a lodgers agreement but this will just be standard terms to be expected. In return I will respect your privacy and invite you to some cool things.
