Spare Room In Shared Home

I rent a semi detached house with 2 bedrooms. I’m looking for someone to share the house and occupy the spare room.

The house has shared living room kitchen and bathroom, garden in front and back with small shed.
I have a dog and a cat living here with me. I work as a cleaner in a steady job and have recently separated from my husband so find myself trying to make ends meet by sharing my home

It would be advisable to have your own car if you are considering living here as the bus service can be tricky for work etc. It is also possible to cycle to the nearest town in Forres 3 miles away or to Findhorn village , also about the same distance There are buses to Elgin from here but to get back you have to go to Forres first and then to Kinloss.

The area the house is in is an ex RAF housing estate which was privatised a few years ago and now houses property owners, renters and a few housing association properties. The area is very quiet and people here respect their surroundings and are proud of their community.

I look forward to hearing from someone who is either looking long term or short term depending on the circumstances. I would prefer someone in steady work but would consider a student or self employed person providing they show evidence that they are able to cover the costs.

I am an easy going lady who enjoys the surrounding area and have been here for many years.
I enjoy walking and cycling in the summer and getting creative with arty things in winter. I have a grown up family and a grandchild who lives nearby and many friends round the area. I don’t often venture out too far from home but do like to get away now and again
I don’t mind who you are but would prefer someone who practises clean living at home.
Vegetarian preferred but not essential. Essentially you must be friendly and love animals because they need to feel comfortable with you too.
