Double room available 3.5m X 3.5m with a built in walk-in wardrobe adding another 1m width of storage. Nice soft new carpets. The house is a 19th century cottage with a very large kitchen, a sizeable garden, living room, with wood stove, big bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The garden has a veggie patch, shed, greenhouse, wildlife area, pizza over and BBQ.

It is easy cycling distance from Elgin (3 miles) and on the direct bus route from Inverness to Aberdeen. Dent shop, post office and local butcher a minutes' walk away. Local woodland very close too.

Me and my partner live here too, with our border collie puppy. We are both friendly people, who work in the outdoor adventure industry and love going for walks, gardening, cooking, socialising and generally appreciating nature. I work for an environmental education charity and he works as a mountain leader. We both are away a bit because of outdoor work and adventures, but when we are in, we would happily watch films, play games or cook with a housemate if you wanted to.

Fast broadband included, but gas and electric bills separate and will be shared between the three of us (currently they cost about £30/month each from renewable sources).

Dogs, chickens, ducks and bee hives would be very welcome, other pets considered, but we might have to see how they get on with Penny (the border collie). She is really friendly and loves people and dogs.
