Room in Attleborough

We have a fully furnished (can be unfurnished if you wish to bring your own furniture) bedroom with a shared bathroom available. The room was recently renovated and had new carpets fitted in July. We're looking for a professional lodger who wants to be based in Attleborough. Ten minutes walk from train station, 2 minutes from bus stop for travel into the city. Easy access to the A11, so perfect for commuting! Parking/garden and all bills included.
My husband and I are looking for another person to share the bills! We are easy going and friendly people! We're tidy, clean up after ourselves and have a lovely home to share! We have a cat who is very friendly but doesn’t have access to lodger bedroom (unless you let him!) and a very cute Labrador who thinks he’s everyone’s best friend, so you must love animals! We have had Lodger’s for the last six years so are very welcoming and get on with everyone! We moved into this house last year and are trying to make it a little more modern and loved, so in our spare time you might find us with a paint brush or digging in the garden (this is the reason for the funky patterned carpet in the hallway - new carpet pending ASAP! 😂) If you have any questions, please just ask; We hope to hear from you soon!
