One room to rent in a house share central to town

Here is a semi-detached, 2 bedroom house with myself as the sole tenant. The house is fully furnished, however the room will just include a bed, a wardrobe & a chest of draws. All other rooms including the toilet, kitchen, living room & conservatory will be shared as well as the small, rear garden. I work early mornings - mid afternoons. There is parking at the back of the property but it is some what limited, though there is a car park approximately a one minute walk away. A stone's throw away from a supermarket and convenience store as well as other amenities.

No deposit is required but the first month's rent would be due upfront.

The room is currently occupied but viewing is welcome upon arrangement.
