2 bed house/cottage.

1 room to let, has a double bed that can be made to single. With double wardrobe, book shelf and lamp stand. New bed linen and towels available to use.

Living dining room and seperate conservatory. Good size kitchen.

Small parking soace available of road. Great size garden with plenty of seating and lighting. Quiet location close to town centre.

I live in the property along with my dog, he's a 12 year staff lab cross, and super chilled. You must be dog friendly! We're ooking for a chilled, respectful, clean and overall decent human to share the space.

I work full time, about 50% from home. Spend evenings on long dog walks, and one or two weekends a month I tend to go away.

Happy to consider a male.

Would prefer gas/electric to be seperate as I don't use much and you might!!
