Set in a rural location, we are looking for a professional working person to share our annex with existing lodger.

The room is very large and has a double bed, wardrobe and sofa. We have some additional furniture if required.

The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom consists of bath with electric shower over, toilet, sink and airing cupboard. Both the kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other lodger.

There is also a communal lounge area with dining table.

Additional benefits include off road parking and use of the family washing machine and tumble drier. All bills are included (council tax, electric, heating, water and broadband).

Must like cats and dogs as they can sometimes wander over to the Annex if doors are left open!

Due to its rural location, your own transport would be required. The market towns of Diss, Attleborough and Wymondham can be easily reached by car and Norwich is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

Our property is set in 6 acres of land.

All accommodation is situated on the first floor and accessed via its own annex front door.
