UEA: By bicycle 15 min’s
HOSPITAL: By car: 10 min’s
THE CITY: Nearby bus stop with very good bus services into the city and Sainsbury's. Also a cycle route that goes all the way in to the city by the river.

This house is NOT suitable for:-
Full time night workers, smokers or people that cook smelly fish.

This house is active durring the day and quiet at night (10pm to 7am). We all benefit from a good nights sleep. So if you are normally talking on skype/phone very late at night, this is not for you.

THE HOUSE MATES
We are a happy, friendly and very BUSY getting on with life.

ABOUT YOU
Age is not important as long as you are easy to get along with, like DOGS, CLEAN, TIDY and QUIET after 10pm. We are happy to take mature students and or working professionals.

One month’s deposit and a month up front will be required.
